Firstmove facilitated a three-part innovation process, involving a number of Royal Unibrew employees. The process explored these subjects:

  • New beverage tendencies
  • Estimation of Royal Unibrew within a market perspective
  • Opportunities for the individual brands under Royal Unibrew

The result was a knowledge platform for developing new commercial initiatives.
Using Firstmove’s knowledge and innovation tools we collaborated with Royal Unibrew in developing new market initiatives based on future market needs.

Firstmove delivered a number of interesting insights on future tendencies regarding beverages and consumers who were involved in three internal workshops. The insights and potentials were strong and ensured a strategic aim and goal for the future development of Royal Unibrew.

Following our collaboration, Royal Unibrew has been busy effectuating the strategic insight, and in 2015 the brewery launched Organic Royal Beer and a new lemon and ginger flavored Shandy.
